Anjana Pradeep, MSc
Consultant Psychologist
Anjana Pradeep is a Consultant Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Psychological Studies with Mental Health (BPS Accredited) from the University of Aberdeen, UK. With over three years of clinical and community-based practice across India and the UK, she brings an internationally informed and culturally grounded perspective to therapy. Her work spans trauma and complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, anxiety and mood disorders, grief, attachment concerns, and neurocognitive mental health, supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and geriatric clients.
Her therapeutic practice is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, and person-centred therapy. She combines emotional depth with structured skill-building, ensuring therapy remains both reflective and action-oriented. Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Tamil, she offers sessions online and offline. Nikhita Nair holds an MA and MSc in Psychology from the University of Bolton, Manchester. With over three years of experience across clinical, educational, and therapeutic settings, she has supported children and young people with diverse psychological and neurodevelopmental needs. Her areas of expertise include ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, emotional dysregulation, behavioural difficulties, trauma-informed support, low self-esteem, adjustment concerns, borderline personality vulnerabilities, and relationship issues.
Her therapeutic style is integrative and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behaviour Therapy, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
